Report: Bayern set asking price for Chris Richards amid Hoffenheim interest

Bayern München are reportedly willing to let Chris Richards join Hoffenheim permanently if the price is right.
Bayern München are prepared to let Chris Richards go permanently this summer, according to Sport Bild.

The 21-year-old U.S. international has been touted for a move back to Hoffenheim, where he spent the second half of last season on loan.

This time, however, Bayern are not looking to send Richards out on loan, but are keen to cash in on him for a fee around €10 million, per the report.

At Bayern, the defender is competing for places with the likes of Dayot Upamecano, Niklas Süle, Tanguy Nianzou and Benjamin Pavard.

In the past, Richards has featured a total of eight times for Bayern's senior side.
