Union Berlin have officially announced that Zeno Van Den Bosch will move to Köpenick for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

The 22-year-old joins the Bundesliga outfit on a free transfer after his contract with current employers Royal Antwerp expires.

As is customary, the Berlin club did not disclose the length of the contract, but it is understood that the Belgian will sign until 2030.

During the 2025-26 campaign, the central defender featured 35 times in the Belgian Super League, providing a solitary assist.

“Zeno is a young player with great potential for development who can help us immediately thanks to his experience," said FCU managing director Horst Heldt.

"He brings height, strength in tackles, and good agility. Being a regular starter at a top Belgian team at his age requires not only talent but also maturity, discipline, and leadership qualities.

“We see these qualities in him and want to develop them further together. We are delighted that he wants to take the next step in his career at Union.”
