According to Tuttomercato.web, SSC Napoli have taken a liking to Justin Njinmah and are pushing for a transfer this winter.

The reigning Italian champions supposedly want to loan Njinmah for a fee of €2million over the next six months.

Rumors even suggest that an option to buy for €8million will be agreed upon between the Bundesliga club and Napoli.

The departures of Lorenzo Lucca to Nottingham Forest and Noa Lang to Galatasaray have left a void in Napoli's attack.

Njinmah's versatility, which enables him to play as a winger or a central striker, has clearly impressed the Italians.

It remains unclear how Bremen feels about Napoli's interest given they recently stated that a winter departure was out of the question.

So far this campaign, the 25-year-old has provided 4 goals for Horst Steffen's side in 17 Bundesliga games.
