Fresh from a 2-1 win over Bosnia-Herzegovina, an injury-depleted Germany will look to build on their good start to the UEFA Nations League when they host the Netherlands at the Allianz Arena on Monday.

Friday's 2-1 win, courtesy of a Deniz Undav brace, took Julian Nagelsmann's side to seven points from three games - two more than the Netherlands, who sit second in Group A3.

The Netherlands, meanwhile, came from behind to draw 1-1 with Hungary thanks to Denzel Dumfries' late equaliser. He struck shortly after Virgil van Dijk was dismissed for a second yellow card, leaving the captain out of Monday's game through suspension.

It's only been a little over a month since the two sides last met in Amsterdam, with that match ending in a dramatic 2-2 draw Tijuani Reijnders gave the Dutch a dream start, but goals from Undav and Joshua Kimmich put Germany ahead at the break. At the start of the second half, Dumfries scored the last goal of the game to make it 2-2.

This time around, Oliver Baumann will get the chance to start in goal for Germany at the expense of Alexander Nübel, while Angelo Stiller and Aleksandar Pavlovic will pair up in central midfield, as Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann confirmed at the pre-match press conference (updated Monday 00:21 CET).

Germany will be without a number of players, with Chris Führich the latest to leave the squad with an adductor problem. Füllkrug (calf), Havertz (knee), Henrichs (back), Koch (hip), Musiala (hip), Raum (ankle) and Ter Stegen (knee) are also out.

In addition to the suspended van Dijk, the Netherlands will have to manage without Aké (hamstring) and Schouten (knock).
