Bayern München coach Julian Nagelsmann has sung the praises of Leroy Sané after Tuesday's 5-2 Champions League victory over Benfica, which saw the winger score and set up a goal.

"He was incredible, I thought. He had many great moments. The way he beat three players in the second half was unbelievable. So many moments the fans would have enjoyed," said Nagelsmann, according to UEFA.com.

Assessing his side's performance, the Bayern coach commented:

"It was fun today. That was an incredibly good game from us. We had a lot of control. I realised today that it's so much more fun with more fans. We've talked about how we would have defended the two goals differently."
