Pavard returns positive COVID-19 test
Benjamin Pavard will miss Bayern München's game against Union Berlin after testing positive for coronavirus.
Bayern München will be without Benjamin Pavard when they face Union Berlin in the Bundesliga this Saturday.
The German champions confirmed on Thursday that the French international has tested positive for COVID-19.
"The FC Bayern defender is self-isolating and is doing well," said the club in a statement.
With Niklas Süle already out due to a hamstring injury, French youngster Tanguy Nianzou is likely to play alongside Dayot Upamecano and Lucas Hernandez in central defence against Union Berlin.
