The former Hoffenheim academy man has amassed a total of 159 2. Bundesliga appearances for Regensburg, Sandhausen, Ingolstadt, and Karlsruhe. Heidenheim have nevertheless procured a 26-year-old top-tier rookie for the coming campaign. Gimber, a stay-at-home defensive midfielder has scored five goals and provided eight assists during his second division career.
"It's just insane to think about playing in the Bundesliga next year," Gimber remarked in a statement accompanying the signing released by the club, "When I was informed about the interest of FCH, I didn't have to think long.
