Hoffenheim updates: Jurásek to join TSG on loan, Justvan's path to Darmstadt cleared

Multiple sources are now reporting that Czech fullback David Jurásek of Benfica Lisbon is set to transfer to Bundesliga side TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim appear to be well on the way to fixing some of the balance issues inherent in the squad. Sky Germany and Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, among others, report that the Sinsheimers are about to land a high-value natural left-back. Thrice capped Czech international David Jurásek of Benfica Lisbon will arrive in Kraichgau on loan with an option to buy. The purchase option is reported to be in the €10 million range.

Jurásek was in VfL Wolfsburg's sights last summer before Germany's green company team ultimately decided that he constituted too expensive an option. The 23-year-old hasn't been able to make much of an impact in Portugal after SL Benfica paid €14 million for him. He's only logged 480 minutes in 12 appearances this season.

Jurásek's arrival should presumably clear the path for Julian Justvan to be loaned out to last-placed Bundesliga side SV Darmstadt 98. The Lilies have been pushing to acquire the young midfield prospect for several weeks now. Sky reports that Jurásek is scheduled for a medical in Sinsheim today and should be introduced shortly.
