It's been a a busy day at the office for the VfL Wolfsburg administrators. As expected, defender Marcel Tisserand finalized his transfer to Turkish club Fenerbahce early in the day. Young striker Ulysses Llanez Jr. who actually hasn't has the opportunity to play for the VfL's senior side yet, also left the club, headed towards Holland on a season long loan with SC Heerenveen. The 19-year-old American will play at the same club as Bayern prospect Oliver Batista Meier.

Reports also indicate that midfielder John Yeboah, having only just returned to the club after completing a year-long-long with VVV-Venlo, is also heading back to the Dutch Erdevisie. This time the club is negotiating with Wilhelm II for a possible sale. The 20-year-old only made two appearances for the senior side.

In the big news of the morning, 30-year-old former Spanish international Ignacio Camacho announced his retirement from professional football. "My foot has said 'enough'", Camacho noted in a released statement. The midfielder joined Germany's green company team in 2017; a €15 million purchase who, owing to persistent problems with his foot, only played 17 fixtures for his new Bundesliga club.

Camacho did reveal that he planned to stay in the area and join a coaching accreditation program.
