Hütter's updates: Bas Dost to start, Amin Younes back in squad
In a Thursday press conference, Eintracht Frankfurt head-coach Adi Hütter confirmed that striker André Silva trained separately from the rest of the team this week. The Portuguese striker had to be subbed off against Dortmund last weekend after complaining of muscular problems.
Irrespective of how matters progress with Silva, Hütter did offer one guarantee: Bas Dost will start against his former club on Friday evening.

Mütter lamented the fact that Younes wasn't available when he needed better attacking options against Dortmund last week. In earlier statements to the press, the coach told reporters that the 27-year-old German international "would have been an ideal fit for the situation".
Hütter's Adler enter the Friday night fixture on a seven-match-winless run. The SGE have not secured a victory since besting Hoffenheim in round three of the 2020/21 Bundesliga on October 3rd. Their coach nevertheless struck an optimistic tone at the Thursday presser.
"All I can do is compliment the team on their training sessions," Hütter noted, "[the next win] is only a matter of time, because we've always had our opportunities in every game. Except for Bayern München (Round Five), I haven't seen any team play us back towards the wall."
VfL Wolfsburg remain one of two unbeaten teams (Leverkusen being the other) still unbeaten through ten rounds of Bundesliga play. Oliver Glasner disclosed his own injury updates earlier in the week. Swiss attacker Renato Steffen will have to sit the next encounter out. Croatian youngster Josip Brekalo appears to again be fit and ready to reprise his role in the starting XI.
