Borussia Dortmund coach Edin Terzic has provided an update on Erling Haaland, saying the striker didn't sustain a serious injury in Saturday's 4-2 defeat to Bayern München.

The Norwegian international netted a brace before limping off the pitch with an hour played.

Speaking after the game, Terzic played down the injury, telling reporters:

"It was clear that Erling wouldn't play the whole match. He got a small blow to his achilles tendon, but it wasn't bad. I have to protect him because he plays a lot."

Asked if Haaland could still feature against Sevilla in thes Champions League on Tuesday, Terzic responded:

"I assume so."
