Stuttgart confirm long-term loss of Führich, Mislintat criticizes Laursen's tackle
VfB Stuttgart confirmed that new acquisition Chris Führich successfully underwent surgery for his fractured collarbone over the weekend.

Despite the fact that Führich was deliberately brought in to assist the club with a dire need for attack-minded players on the right flank, Mislintat ruled out diving back into the transfer market to find another replacement.
"We won't act frantically on the transfer market," Mislintat told Moissidis, "We're happy to wait and solve this with our guys."
Führig incurred the injury during a rough tackle from Arminia Bielefeld's Jacob Barrett Laursen during a Friday test fixture. Mislintat noted that he found the intervention "unnecessary".
"I don't want to foment bad blood," the executive emphasized, "but he [Laursen] was only aiming to bring Chris down. That's annoying."
