After concluding a loan deal for midfielder Can Bozdogan with Besiktas earlier in the week, Germany's Königsblauen are close to getting the next player off their payroll. Reports from German footballing magazine Kicker indicate that S04 sporting director Rouven Schröder ended up securing a €350,000 loan-fee for Bozdogan. The possibility of another fee and perhaps even an obligatory purchase clause exists for the €10 million-valued Amine Harit.

Moving the 24-year-old constituted a priority for the recently relegated 2. Bundesliga side throughout the summer. Many links surfaced during the offseason with Spanish and Italian sides expressing interest. France's L'Équipe now reports that the Moroccan international is headed to Olympique de Marseille on a season-long-loan. Possible information about a fee or purchase clause cannot be confirmed at this time, but may easily be inferred by the worth of the player.

Should the Harit to Marseille deal go through, Schröder will have successfully gotten almost all of the blue-chip players off his roster/payroll. The one exception nevertheless remains a glaring one. It appears increasingly unlikely that die Knappen will find a taker for the €25 million-valued Turkish defender Ozan Kabak in the four days before the transfer window closes.
