As the new Bundesliga season comes into view, FC Schalke 04 have issued some positive news on the squad's injuries front.
New signing Robin Gosens has managed to participate in large parts of team training again today, Wednesday 12 August.
The summer signing initially injured his thigh in the test match against Hessen Kassel at the start of the month, but is making progress.
Meanwhile, Kenan Karaman has also returned to training after the captain suffered a pelvic contusion against Atalanta on 8 August.
Junior Dina Ebimbe, however, is still training individually and will require a fraction more time to get back into squad training.
The winger, recently joined from Eintracht Frankfurt, suffered an ankle injury after a foul by an opponent also in the Atalanta friendly game.
