Tottenham linked with move for Köln's Said El Mala

After turning down a move to Brentford FC, Said El Mala could make a switch to another Premier League club, with fresh interest now emerging from London.

According to Sport Bild, a lot suggests that Tottenham will soon make a move for the 19-year-old attacker.

Spurs head coach Roberto De Zerbi is reportedly highly impressed by scouting reports on El Mala, who is coming off a breakout Bundesliga season.

Köln are demanding a fee of around 50 million for the youngster, who has not been given a deadline to decide his future.

According to reports, Brentford FC were actually willing to meet that price tag, but the player personally opted against the transfer.

El Mala finished the 2025/26 season with 13 goals and five assists across 36 appearances.
