According to the Bosnian online portal Klix.ba, Werder Bremen is interested in PSV Eindhoven winger Esmir Bajraktarević.

It must be noted Eredivise side Go Ahead Eagles and AFC Bournemouth from the Premier League are also mentioned as potential suitors.

Bournemouth in particular are looking for a replacement for Antoine Semenyo who is close to joining Manchester City for €75 million.

However, the good news for Bremen is that the online newspaper believes the Bundesliga club is clearly the favorite in the race.

American-born Bajraktarević hasn't managed to establish himself as more than a super-sub with the reigning Dutch champions.

Although he made 19 appearances in the first half of the season, he only played 629 minutes. He has two goals and two assists to his name.

The twelve-time Bosnian international left his youth club, New England Revolution, a year ago and joined PSV on a long-term deal until 2029.
