After falling behind Dayot Upamecano and Jonathan Tah in Bayern Munich’s central defensive hierarchy, Kim Min-jae could be on the move this summer.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the South Korean international has given the green light to a transfer to Juventus, who see him as a potential replacement for Gleison Bremer.
Should the move materialise, Min-jae would reunite with Luciano Spalletti, under whom he flourished at SSC Napoli before joining Bayern Munich.
The main obstacle is Bayern’s reported €40 million asking price, with Juventus hoping to negotiate the fee down.
Kim Min-jae, who was signed by Bayern for €50 million from Napoli in 2023, currently has a market value estimated at €20 million by Transfermarkt.
