1.FC Union Berlin must prepare for the potential departure of Danilho Doekhi in the coming months, Sky Germany reports.

According to their sources, the central defender wants to leave the Köpenick-based club no later than next summer.

Furthermore, the club from the German capital would not receive a transfer fee, as Doekhi's contract expires at the end of the season.

According to the pay-TV channel, several unnamed top Bundesliga clubs have expressed interest in the physically imposing centre-half.

However, the report also confirmed that the 27-year-old also has admirers from unnamed clubs in Italy, England, Spain and Turkey.

Doekhi has already scored a whopping 6 goals this season, making him the most prolific goal-scoring central defenders in Europe.
