Hertha Berlin's Kenneth Eichhorn, considered one of Germany's greatest talents, has been offered to FC Barcelona.

According to the portal Fichajes, who reference information from BILD, the midfielder could join the reigning La Liga champions.

His agent is even said to have made direct contact with club president Joan Laporta and sporting director Deco to facilitate the transfer.

Barcelona would need to make a decision soon given the transfer fee could easily amount to around €20million for the teenager.

Furthermore, the player's representatives are demanding that Eichhorn be immediately integrated into the first-team squad.

Eichhorn, a product of Hertha BSC's youth academy, made his debut in the 2. Bundesliga as recently as August.

He was just 16 years and 14 days old in the match against Karlsruher SC, since becoming a regular member of coach Stefan Leitl's team.

This season, he has already made eleven appearances in Germany's second division and two appearances in the DFB Cup.

The defensive midfielder, often compared to Toni Kroos and Joshua Kimmich, has attracted the interest of numerous top European clubs.
