Hoffenheim sign Austrian youth international

TSG Hoffenheim have confirmed the arrival of 19-year-old Konstantin Aleksa from Austria Wien.
“In Konstantin Aleksa, we are gaining an extremely promising and talented player. Despite his young age, he brings a strong overall package and has enormous development potential,” said Hoffenheim sporting director Frank Kramer.
“Konstantin is one of the most noticeable forwards in Austria’s second division and fits very well with our playing philosophy. In our U23 team, he is expected to gain important match practice on a consistent basis and develop towards Bundesliga level in the long term.”
The young attacker has featured five times for Austria’s U19 national team and made 13 appearances for Austria Wien’s first team.
