BILD reports that Angelo Stiller and Jamie Leweling will also be omitted from Germany’s squad by the new Bundestrainer Jürgen Klopp. Like Deniz Undav, who will also stay in Stuttgart during the international break, the 25-year-old duo were in Julian Nagelsmann’s World Cup squad.

With the now Beşiktaş shot-stopper Alexander Nübel, the Swabians had four representatives in the tournament staged in North America. All four will not be included in Klopp’s first-ever nomination.

Stiller was substituted off in the first-half of Stuttgart’s latest Bundesliga game at Hoffenheim due to injury. Leweling has only started the Champions League game against Viking FK after coming close to leaving the club in the summer for the Premier League.

Meanwhile, four other Stuttgart players are expected to be named when the Stuttgart-born coach reveals the squad tomorrow. Finn Jeltsch will be one of the debutants, while Maximilian Mittelstädt, Josha Vagnoman and Chris Führich are set to return.
