Last summer, Loïs Openda left RB Leipzig to join Juventus on a season-long loan deal for around €4 million.
According to Sky Germany, the move is set to become permanent, as a €40.6 million purchase obligation has been automatically triggered with Juventus guaranteed to finish in the top 10.
The fee could rise further due to additional performance-related bonuses, the report adds.
The 26-year-old forward has therefore played his last game for Die Roten Bullen, who he joined from RC Lens for €40 million in 2023.
Openda has scored just twice in 33 appearances for Juventus this season.
