Borussia Dortmund have reportedly found a taker for one of the expendables on their roster. Belgian footballing transfer expert Sascha Tavolieri reports that Thomas Meunier is getting set to return to Club Brugge on a three-year-deal. The 31-year-old represented the Blauw-Zwart for five seasons between 2011 and 2016 before moving to PSG.

At present, no information about a potential transfer fee has been divulged. Meunier maintains an estimated market worth of €5 million in the latest transfermarkt listings and the BVB front office are reportedly hoping to obtain around that amount for the player. Naturally, it could be the case that Dortmund are willing to accept significantly less in the interest of getting Meunier's reported €9 million annual salary off the payroll.
