Back in April, Marco Reus extended his contract with Borussia Dortmund for another season until 2024.

Apparently, the 34-year-old wants to stay at the club longer than that, with Bild reporting that he's hoping to stay at Signal Iduna Park until at least 2025.

Should it prove impossible to extend his stay at Dortmund, Reus would consider a move within the Bundesliga, the report claims.

Reus has recently worked his way into the Dortmund line-up and has scored in three consecutive games.

He decided to give up the captain's armband during the summer, with Emre Can taking over the responsibility.
