Almost two years after joining Borussia Dortmund from Bayer Leverkusen, Julian Brandt has yet to live up to expectations at Signal Iduna Park.

Accordingly, Brandt could be heading for the exit this summer, according to Bild, who claims Dortmund would consider selling Brandt for €25 million – the same fee they paid Leverkusen for his services in 2019.

Brandt was already linked with a move away from Dortmund in January, at which point Arsenal were claimed to be interested in him.

After being a mainstay in the German national team since 2016, Brandt was recently left out of Joachim Löw's squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

The 24-year-old has made 35 appearances for BVB this season with three goals and one assist to his name.
