RB Leipzig CEO Oliver Mintzlaff revealed earlier today that the club have drawn up a list of three candidates to replace Bayern-bound Julian Nagelsmann as head coach.

According to Sky Germany, the three names on the list are RB Salzburg's Jesse Marsch, VfB Stuttgart's Pellegrino Matarazzo and Wolfsburg's Oliver Glasner.

"I know we have a plan to close the gap. What Julian has built will continue. There is a shortlist of three candidates," said Mintzlaff.

RB Salzburg coach Jesse Marsch has been touted as the favorite to take over from Nagelsmann, but Mintzlaff insisted there is no agreement with the 47-year-old.

"Nothing is agreed with [RB Salzburg coach] Jesse Marsch, I can say that. We are now looking at the three candidates we have."
