RB Leipzig have agreed personal terms with RB Salzburg coach Jesse Marsch, according to Kicker.

Per the report, the U.S. coach has agreed to succeed Bayern bound Julian Nagelsmann as Leipzig coach after turning down interest from the likes of Eintracht Frankfurt and Tottenham. It's now up to the two clubs to agree on a transfer fee.

Marsch spent a season working as an assistant for Ralf Rangnick at RB Leipzig before taking charge of their sister-club RB Salzburg in 2019. His contract with the Austrian champions expires in 2022.
