Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey has attracted interest from multiple Premier League clubs, according to his stepfather, Craig Butler.

"There are different interested clubs from the Premier League. We are looking at the options we have," Butler told Bild.

Aston Villa are currently thought to be leading the race for the 23-year-old. According to Bild, Villa have had an initial €30 million offer turned down, with Leverkusen holding out for at least €35 million for the 23-year-old.

"The clubs are holding talks," confirmed Butler.

In an interview with ESPN, Bailey recently admitted that he feels ready to take the next step.

Butler, however, insists the Jamaican international will only leave 'if everyone is happy'.

"It's important that Leon makes the right move. That's why it's not yet decided whether he moves during this transfer window or later on.

"Leon feels comfortable in Leverkusen. There will only be a transfer if everyone is happy."

Bailey still has two years left on his contract with 'Die Werkself'.
