Dieter Hecking shouted “not such shitty questions about the future” as he left his post-match press conference after their 0-0 draw with Borussia Mönchengladbach.
The clearly furious 61-year-old took aim at the journalists who were questioning him over the future of Dženan Pejčinović and possible transfer rumors.
"What bothers me a bit – I'd like to mention this briefly because I just overheard it – is that, in the current situation after such a game, asking about the future of our players.
"It is not right in my opinion. I don't think it's good when my players are constantly confronted with such issues," said the Wolfsburg coach during press conference.
Meanwhile, marksman Pejčinović himself responded to questions about a departure in a more calming manner and avoided giving room for speculation:
"That's not an issue for me right now. I still have three games to play with Wolfsburg, we want to stay in the league – and everything will be decided after that," said the striker.
