Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad made a late €40 million offer for VfB Stuttgart's Bilal El Khannouss, according to Sky Germany.
However, the attacking midfielder rejected the offer as he had no desire to move to Saudi Arabia, bringing an end to Al-Ittihad's pursuit.
El Khannouss was also linked with a number of English Premier League clubs during the summer transfer window, but ultimately remained at Stuttgart.
The 22-year-old joined Stuttgart on a permanent basis from Leicester City for a reported €15 million fee after initially joining the club on loan in the summer of 2025.
