VfL Wolfsburg's Mohammed Amoura has apparently committed a transgression, as confirmed by FußballTransfers.com.

The Autostadt club has announced that the striker is missing for tonight's match against 1.FC Köln “for disciplinary reasons”.

The exact explanation for the Algerian marksman's offence is still unknown, but chances are it will be settled internally.

It comes as a blow for Wolfsburg, as the lightning-fast Algerian is his team's top scorer with seven goals this season.

Amoura has been playing in Wolfsburg since 2024, and cost a total transfer fee of almost €18million to join from Union Saint-Gilloise.
