Newcastle United and Germany striker Nick Woltemade is set to join Juventus on loan, according to Gianluca Di Marzio and Fabrizio Romano.
Both Italian transfer insiders are reporting on Monday evening that a full agreement has been reached for Woltemade to join the Serie A side on deadline day.
According to Romano, Juventus will pay €3.5 million to sign Woltemade on loan, with no option to buy included in the deal.
Sky Germany, meanwhile, reports that Woltemade has yet to make a final decision, although both clubs expect the move to go through, with a flight to undergo his medical in Turin already booked for Tuesday.
The former Werder Bremen and VfB Stuttgart forward has also been linked with a return to the Bundesliga, but a move back to Germany now appears to be off the table.
