It was recently reported that Jonas Kusi-Asare is on the verge of joining Fulham on a permanent basis from Bayern Munich after spending the 2025/26 season on loan at the Premier League club.

However, Bayern will be able to bring him back should they wish to do so, with Bild reporting that the German champions have secured a buy-back clause for the 18-year-old striker.

Bayern and Fulham are said to have agreed a €6 million transfer fee for Kusi-Asare.

Kusi-Asare joined Bayern from Swedish side AIK for a reported fee of €3.5 million in February 2024.

Since then, the 18-year-old has made just two appearances for Bayern’s first team.
