In this Fantasy Bundesliga article, we’ll highlight 10 players to consider adding to your team ahead of Matchday 14.

As a rule of thumb, we’ll try to steer clear of the most obvious picks, instead focusing mainly on players who could offer great value as differentials.

Louis Oppie, St. Pauli (Defender, 2.14M, 12%)

After securing a late draw against 1. FC Köln, FC St. Pauli head into consecutive relegation six-pointers, facing Heidenheim at home and Mainz away before the winter break. Playing in an advanced left wing-back role, Oppie scored the winner in their previous match a 2-1 DFB-Pokal victory over Borussia Mönchengladbach. While his recent points returns haven’t been impressive by any means, Oppie’s attacking role, low price and favourable upcoming fixtures make him an appealing option.

Ramy Bensebaini, Borussia Dortmund (Defender, 9.86M, 2%)

With Dortmund dealing with multiple defensive injuries, Ramy Bensebaini is likely to step into the starting XI against Freiburg this week. A strong duel-winner with offensive upside, the Algerian also benefits from being among BVB’s preferred penalty takers. Whether he gets the chance if Dortmund are awarded a penalty may hinge on Emre Can’s presence on the pitch, but the potential alone adds to his appeal.

Rasmus Kristensen, Eintracht Frankfurt (Defender, 14.03M, 7%)

Eintracht Frankfurt head into attractive pre-Christmas fixtures against Augsburg and Hamburger SV, making an defender from Dino Toppmöller's side a smart investment. Rasmus Kristensen stands out as their most reliable performer at the back, having averaged an impressive 236 points across his last seven matches.

Ansgar Knauff, Eintracht Frankfurt (Midfielder, 4.39M, 1%)

Priced at a measly 4.39 million, Knauff has been playing out of position as a striker lately. Considering his impressive goal against FC Barcelona in midweek, he should be nailed on to start at home against Augsburg.

Anton Kade, Augsburg (Midfielder, 4.52M, 0%)

If you’d prefer to back an Augsburg midfielder, Kade is an interesting option. The 21-year-old started up front, scored, and picked up 292 points as Die Függerstädter pulled off a major upset against Leverkusen last week. He's generally been in solid form, having averaged 222 points per game across his last four outings.

Aleix Garcia, Bayer Leverkusen (Midfielder, 14.45M, 26%)

Garcia has been a reliable Fantasy performer in midfield this season, delivering three 300+ point returns in his last four games. With Die Werkself hosting Köln in a derby clash, they’ll once again be counting on the Spaniard to pull the strings in midfield and play his usual influential role.

Ritsu Doan, Eintracht Frankfurt (Midfielder, 15.53M, 33%)

The Japanese winger is Eintracht’s top-scoring Fantasy option this season and had three consecutive 200+ returns before last week’s collapse against Leipzig. Given his attacking importance and Frankfurt’s appealing upcoming fixtures, he’s a logical addition this week.

Christian Kofane, Bayer Leverkusen (Striker, 2.1M, 0%)

Patrik Schick picked up a knock against Newcastle on Wednesday and is expected to miss Bayer Leverkusen’s derby clash with 1. FC Köln on Saturday. If the Czech marksman does sit out, Christian Kofane should step in, offering excellent value at a very low price.

Yan Diomandé, RB Leipzig (Striker, 10.57M, 32%)

Diomandé was a game-changer last week, scoring a hat-trick and amassing 563 points against Eintracht Frankfurt his sixth consecutive 200+ return. With Leipzig facing a Union Berlin side winless in their last three competitive matches, the Ivorian remains a strong option but only for one game, as the young winger will miss next week’s clash with Bayer Leverkusen because he'll be representing Côte d’Ivoire at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Serge Gnabry, Bayern Munich (Striker, 10.86M, 4%)

Following his impressive midweek display against Sporting and with Luis Diaz suspended, Gnabry looks set to start for Bayern against a struggling Mainz side. Priced at 10.86M, he provides an affordable route into Bayern’s attack and is currently owned by just 4 percent of Fantasy managers.
