Germany announce squad for March friendlies

Julian Nagelsmann has selected his Germany squad for the upcoming friendlies against Switzerland and Ghana.

Germany's squad for their friendlies against Switzerland (March 27) and Ghana (March 30) has been announced.

Head coach Julian Nagelsmann has included two new faces in the squad, with Bayern Munich duo Jonas Urbig and Lennart Karl receiving their first senior call-ups.

Jamal Musiala has been left out as a precaution after recently suffering a relapse of the ankle injury he sustained last summer.

Germany's squad to face Switzerland and Ghana:

Goalkeepers: Oliver Baumann, Alexander Nübel, Jonas Urbig

Defenders: Waldemar Anton, Nathaniel Brown, Joshua Kimmich, David Raum, Antonio Rüdiger, Nico Schlotterbeck, Jonathan Tah, Malick Thiaw, Josha Vagnoman
