PAOK cancelled the transfer of Giannis Konstantelias to VfB Stuttgart at the eleventh hour, but the deal is still on according to multiple reports. The player agreed all terms with the Bundesliga side before his parent club unexpectedly blocked the move.
The two clubs agreed for around €20 million transfer package until PAOK changed their plans right when the player was ready for a medical visit to sign for Stuttgart. The Greece international scored 27 goals in 146 games for the club.
PAOK are now offering a new contract beyond 2027 to the attacking midfielder. However, the 23-year-old is still pushing for the transfer to go through in accordance with the earlier plan. Meanwhile, Stuttgart’s Enzo Millot is on Galatasaray’s wishlist.
