1.FC Köln breakthrough star Said El Mala wants to move to the Premier League, according to information from Sport BILD.

His parents, who have recently become the youngster's official advisors, have supposedly given the green light to Brighton & Hove Albion.

As previously reported back in winter, the English club had already made a concrete approach, but was rebuffed by Köln.

However, that could change after the current season, with BILD citing a €35million plus bonuses and a sell-on clause as a possible fee.

El Mala's contract in Cologne runs until 2030, and there is no release clause, meaning Köln could technically oppose a sale.

So far this campaign, the 19-year-old has scored 9 goals and provided a further 2 assists in 26 Bundesliga outings for Effzeh.
