Bayern close in on Australian teenage talent, Romano reports

Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano reports that FC Bayern München are closing in on a deal to sign Australian teenage talent Nestory Irankunda.
FC Bayern München are, according to Fabrizio Romano, prepared to pay Australian A-League side €3 million in order to secure the services of 17-year-old winger Nestory Irankunde. The Italian transfer guru reports that a verbal agreement between the German giants and South Australia capital-city side has been reached. Negotiations may still drag on, however, whilst contractual details are finalized.

The Tanzanian-born attacker has scored nine goals in 39 appearances for his current club. Irankunda has also netted 11 tallies at the Australian U17 youth level. Romano reports that the €3 million base-transfer-fee, agreed upon verbally, also includes bonuses. If true, Irankunda would join the likes of Bright Ary-Mbiu and Jan Fiete-Arp as teenage talents the FCB have spent over €2 million on.
