With just over a month to go until the start of the 2024/25 Bundesliga season, Bayer Leverkusen have already been quite active in the transfer market, bringing in three new players for a reported fee of €53 million in total.

Die Werkself have signed two players from Stade Rennes in 19-year-old centre-back Jeanuel Belocian and 27-year-old forward Martin Terrier, while Aleix Garcia has arrived from FC Girona to strengthen their central midfield.

None of these players are likely to break directly into Leverkusen's ideal starting line-up, but they will add to an already competitive squad.

Jonathan Tah is being heavily linked with Bayern Munich, and should he leave, Odilon Kossounou, Edmond Tapsoba and Piero Hincapié look like the preferred trio at the back.

Jeremie Frimpong is also expected to leave the club, with Nathan Tella and Arthur ready to battle it out for the right wing-back spot should he indeed leave the German champions.

Take a look at our predicted Bayer Leverkusen line-up for the start of the 2024/25 season below.

Predicted Bayer Leverkusen lineup for the start of the 2024/25 season:

Hradecky - Kossounou, Tapsoba, Hincapié - Arthur (Tella), Palacios (Andrich), Xhaka, Grimaldo - Wirtz, Adli (Hofmann) - Boniface.
