Bayern linked with Xavi Simons

Sport Bild reports that Bayern Munich are keeping tabs on Xavi Simons.
After an impressive 2022/23 campaign for PSV in the Dutch Eredivisie, Xavi Simons has made another big step forward in Germany for RB Leipzig, who have him on loan from Paris Saint-Germain until the end of the season.

Given his performances for Die Roten Bullen, it's no surprise that the 20-year-old has caught the eye of Europe's top clubs, and one of them is Bayern Munich, according to Sport Bild.

The German publication claims that Simons is "on Bayern's list", with Barcelona, Inter and Arsenal also said to be keeping tabs on him.

However, it's highly doubtful that Paris Saint-Germain will be willing to sell the Dutchman. The French champions actually let him leave for PSV in 2022, but then re-signed him last summer - and they did so for a reason, of course.

There's also a chance he could stay in Leipzig for another season, with Die Roten Bullen keen to extend his loan.
