Apparently, Fortuna Düsseldorf have been told that Manchester City want Zack Steffen to return to England when his loan deal expires.
Zack Steffen is expected to return to Manchester City when his loan spell at Fortuna Düsseldorf is over at the end of the season.
According to Kicker, the English Premier League club have informed Fortuna that they want the 24-year-old to return as he plays a role in their plans for the future.
Steffen has also been linked with a move to Schalke 04.
The U.S international, who is currently sidelined with an injury, has made 18 appearances for Fortuna this season.
