After spending the second half of last season on loan at FC Köln from Queens Park Rangers, Toni Leistner would like to join the Bundesliga side on a permanent deal. And according to the 29-year-old, the interest is mutual.

"I've been back with Queens Park Rangers since 1 July and get paid in London. But at the moment, I don't know where I'll be next season. I have an agreement in principle with Köln. Both sides want to continue working together. But nothing has been implemented yet," Leistner told Bild and added:

"I want to have this clarified in the next two or three weeks. I'll probably listen to a few other things."

Leistner's contract with QPR expires in 2021. He made 13 appearances for FC Köln last season.
