RB Leipzig impressed against Atlético Madrid in the quarter-finals and deservedly beat the Spanish La Liga side 2-1 in a huge team effort.
Tyler Adams or Nordi Mukiele could come into the side to give more defensive stability while Patrik Schick is pushing to start up front, but RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann is widely expected to stick to the same line-up.
RB Leipzig: Gulacsi - Klostermann, Upamecano, Halstenberg - Laimer, Sabitzer, Kampl, Angelino - Nkunku, Dani Olmo - Poulsen.
Paris Saint-Germain: Rico - Kehrer, Thiago Silva, Kimpembe, Bernat - Paredes, Marquinhos, Herrera - Di María, Mbappé, Neymar.
Bayern München - Olympique Lyon:
Bayern München coach Hansi Flick doesn't have much reason to make any changes to the team that thrashed FC Barcelona in the quarter-finals.
Benjamin Pavard is back in team training after recovering from an ankle injury, but is unlikely to come straight into the line-up after having spent the past few weeks on the sidelines.
Further up the pitch, Ivan Perisic should keep his starting spot on the left wing ahead of Kingsley Coman after starting and scoring against both Chelsea and FC Barcelona.
With his speed and technical ability, Coman could be a difference-maker against a Lyon side that will probably sit back and defend deep. But with the form Perisic is in, he will probably be given the nod once more.
Bayern München: Neuer - Kimmich, Boateng, Alaba, Davies - Goretzka, Thiago - Gnabry, Müller, Perisic (Coman) - Lewandowski.
Olympique Lyon: Lopes - Denayer, Marcelo, Marcal - Dubois, Bruno Guimaraes, Cornet - Caqueret, Aouar - Toko Ekambi, Depay.
