Schalke announce eighth summer signing

Marius Bülter has joined Schalke 04 from Union Berlin.
Schalke 04 have made their eighth signing of the summer, with Marius Bülter making the switch to Gelsenkirchen from Union Berlin.

The 28-year-old forward has signed a three-year deal with 'The Royal Blues'.

“Marius Bülter will offer us another option in attack,” commented Schalke sporting director Rouven Schröder.

“He is a very dynamic and physical player, who poses a threat in front of goal. In addition to his qualities on the pitch, his character is also a perfect fit to our new-look Schalke. We are very happy that Marius will be wearing Royal Blue from now on.”

Ahead of their upcoming 2. Bundesliga campaign, Schalke have already landed Victor Palsson, Danny Latza, Simon Terodde, Reinhold Ranftl and Marcin Kamonski on permanent deals and Thomas Ouwejan and Marvin Pieringer on loan.
