Grillitsch to run down his Hoffenheim contract?

Florian Grillitsch has been linked with a move away from Hoffenheim this summer, but it's possible that he will stay for another season and leave on a free next year.
Hoffenheim are prepared to risk losing Florian Grillitsch on a free transfer next summer by letting him enter the final year of his contract, according to Kicker.

Grillitsch's agent, Thomas Böhm, recently commented on reports that his client has attracted interest for Italy, telling Italian publication Areanapoli.it:

"It is a fact that his contract expires in a year. I can confirm that I am in contact with some Italian clubs about Florian.

"We will see what happens. Florian has developed into one of the best midfielders in the Bundesliga. Maybe the time has come for a change."

The 25-year-old has scored eight goals and provided 11 assists in 133 appearances for Hoffenheim in total.
