Report: Pavlovic set for Germany call-up, Goretzka snubbed
According to Bild, Aleksandar Pavlovic is set to earn his first Germany call-up at the expense of Leon Goretzka.
Aleksandar Pavlovic is set to be named in the Germany squad for friendlies against France and the Netherlands this month, according to Bild.
The call-up could prove crucial for Pavlovic's international future, with the 19-year-old recently confirming that he had turned down an approach from Serbia, for whom he is also eligible to play.
While 19-year-old Pavlovic will be included, one of his teammates, Leon Goretzka, will be snubbed, according to the report.
Goretzka has been in much improved form for Bayern of late, but apparently that hasn't been enough to earn him a spot in Nagelsmann's squad.
