Manchester City reportedly leading the race for Olmo

Bild reports that Manchester City now appear to be leading the race to sign Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig.
Manchester City have emerged as the frontrunners in the race to sign Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig, according to Bild.

The Spaniard, who reportedly has a release clause of €60 million, has been linked with a number of top European clubs.

According to Bild, Olmo could well envisage a move to the Premier League, with Manchester City currently the most likely destination.

The report claims that his former club FC Barcelona appear to have cooled their interest, not least because of his price tag.

Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea are also said to be keeping tabs on the 25-year-old, who is contracted to Leipzig until 2027.
