Harry Kane will have to take a break from training after suffering a knock to his calf, Bayern Munich announced on Wednesday.

Kane was forced off at half-time of Bayern's 1-1 draw with Celtic on Tuesday and is now a doubt for Sunday's Bundesliga clash with Eintracht Frankfurt.

"The FC Bayern striker already had a knock to his calf before the Champions League match against Celtic on Tuesday night, which has led to hematoma," the club said in a brief statement on Wednesday.

According to Bild, Kane's fitness will be assessed on a day-to-day basis. The England international escaped a serious injury, but remains questionable for Sunday's game.
