Leeds United are pushing for a late surprise in the transfer market as they plan to sign Jean-Mattéo Bahoya from Eintracht Frankfurt. The winger has been linked with multiple Premier League clubs, with Hull City coming the closest until yesterday.
However, the 21-year-old reportedly declined the move to the newly-promoted side as they started the campaign with a couple of wins. According to The Athletic and Sky Sports, Leeds United are now pushing for a deadline-day move.
The Premier League club coached by the German Daniel Farke are in the market once again after they were beaten by Tottenham Hotspur for the loan signing of Mykhailo Mudryk. The Frenchman scored 7 goals in 78 appearances for Frankfurt since joining them from Angers in January 2024.
