Apparently, Serge Gnabry could have joined Bayern München as a 10-year-old, but his father stopped him from doing so.

Instead, the German international moved to VfB Stuttgart at the age of 12 before joining Arsenal as a 16-year-old.
"Oh man, I was pissed off. I was completely worn out and cried. But my dad stuck to his decision," Gnabry told Bayern München's club magazine '51' and added:
"I wasn't allowed to join VfB Stuttgart until I was twelve. But I have to admit that his decisions weren't wrong at the end of the day."
Bayern eventually signed Gnabry from Werder Bremen in 2017 and sent him out on loan at Hoffenheim.
The 24-year-old finally made his debut for the Bavarians in September 2018 and has gone on to score 18 goals and make 13 assists in 50 games for the club.
